Final Update : 24/04/2023 16:35:00 PM – Microsoft have determined that the fix has completed deployment on the affected infrastructure and confirmed this issue has been resolved via service telemetry.
Scope of impact : Some users attempting to perform multiple public folder or calendar related actions in Outlook on the web may be impacted.
Root cause : A recent service update contained a code issue that is preventing users from accessing, viewing, adding, or selecting public folders and calendars in Outlook on the web.
Next steps : Microsoft are continuing their review of the code within the update that resulted in impact to better identify and prevent similar issues in the future.
