Final Update : 24/04/2023 09:05:00 AM – Microsoft have have completed applying configuration changes to the impacted infrastructure and confirmed via service diagnostics that users are no longer experiencing errors when performing operations that call the Dataverse 8.0 API.

Root Cause : A recent service update contained a code misconfiguration that impacted a portion of the infrastructure responsible for processing calls to the Dataverse 8.0 API.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
