Please be aware, the planned infrastructure upgrade (CHG0899419) which was scheduled today at one of our datacentres was completed without issues. NHSmail traffic is now being routed via both datacentres in the usual way. No issues have been detected following pre-implementation testing.
Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we worked to complete this change. Similar changes will be implemented in the coming weeks to upgrade additional infrastructure but advance notification will be given in advance.
