Issue Description: We are aware of an intermittent issue relating to Portal slowness when searching for individuals in the User Management page, and/or opening the User Details page once the search has completed.
Current Update: 04/04/2023 18:00:00 PM – After restarting specific core services on the Portal web brokers this morning, performance has returned back to normal levels and remained stable since approximately 11:30am this morning. No further issues have been identified or reported by end users throughout the remainder of the day. We believe this to be a transient issue but will continue to monitor over the coming days.
