Issue Description : Users may be unable to download attendance reports in Microsoft Teams.

More Information : Users may encounter impact when attempting to download attendance reports in meeting chats, as the attendance file shows “No info yet or deleted.”

As a workaround, users may be able to download attendance reports by using the attendance tab in affected meetings.

Final Update : 15/05/2023 12:31:00 PM – Microsoft confirmed with previously affected users that impact is no longer occurring.

Scope of impact : This issue may impact any user attempting to download attendance reports within Microsoft Teams.

Root cause: A recent standard service update inadvertently contains a code regression, resulting in incorrect attendance reports parameters being processed and causing impact.Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing the update procedures to better identify similar issues during the development and testing cycles.
