Issue Description : Some users are unable to view images in Outlook on the web and Microsoft Teams.

More Information : The impacted scenarios are as follows, but not limited to:

Images within email in Outlook on the web shared mailboxes
Images in chats within Microsoft Teams

Final Update : 23/03/2023 08:45:00 AM – While Microsoft initially received word that impact was persisting after applying the fix, further testing and validation from the affected users still reporting impact confirms that the fix has, in fact, succeeded in remediating the issue.

Scope of impact : Some users serviced by the affected infrastructure trying to view images in Outlook on the web and Microsoft Teams may be impacted.

Next step : Microsoft are reviewing this recent update to understand why it introduced a code issue in order to improve their testing and validation cycles to prevent similar impact from reoccurring.
