Issue Description : Some users can’t see files in the OneDrive for Business shared folder when using the modern experience.

More Information : The OneDrive for Business shared folder is by default in the modern experience. Users can bypass the impact by using the classic experience or going to office.com to view the files that are shared with them.

Final Update : 28/03/2023 09:22:00 AM – After allowing additional time for the saturation of our deployed fix, Microsoft have internally verified that it has successfully remediated impact.

Scope of impact : This issue is preventing some users that are using the SharePoint Online modern experience from seeing files in the OneDrive for Business shared folder.

Next steps : Microsoft are further analyzing their resource quota configurations to better understand why impact was produced and so that they can help identify similar issues before they’re able to produce impact.
