Issue Description : Some users can’t see files in the OneDrive for Business shared folder when using the modern experience.
More Information : The OneDrive for Business shared folder is by default in the modern experience. Users can bypass the impact by using the classic experience or going to office.com to view the files that are shared with them.
Current Update : 24/03/2023 17:55:00 PM – Microsoft have confirmed that the fix deployment has completed, however it’s taking longer than expected to saturate throughout the affected environments. Their monitoring indicates that the fix has completed saturation in the majority of affected environments and some users may experience relief at this time. They expect that those who are still impacted should start to see progressive relief as saturation continues, and they’ll provide an update to the resolution timeline once available.
Scope of impact : This issue is preventing some users that are using the SharePoint Online modern experience from seeing files in the OneDrive for Business shared folder.
