Issue Description : Users’ Report Page Views score card in the Usage Metrics v2 report may show an incorrect result of zero.

More Information : For results of the score card report, users may see zero results no matter the actual value.

Final Update : 13/03/2023 08:35:00 AM –  Microsoft have verified that their fix to address the incorrect score card results for Usage Metrics v2 reports has completed deployment in the affected environment and they’ve confirmed via telemetry that his has successfully remediated the issue. 

Scope of impact : Your organization is affected by this event, and all users viewing their Report Page Views score card are impacted.

Root cause : A recent service update contains a code regression which is preventing users Report Page Views score card from populating accurate information.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their service update procedures so they can better identify similar issues during their testing and development cycles and avoid comparable impact in the future.
