Final Update : 10/02/2023 08:35:00 AM – Microsoft’s deployment of the fix has completed, and they confirmed after testing with affected users that impact remediation was successful. Users may still see impact until they re-publish their custom pages. 

Scope of impact : Your organization was impacted by this event, and all users clicking on check boxes and toggling controls in model-driven apps with custom pages were affected.

Root cause : A code regression within a recent service update to the Microsoft Power Apps infrastructure supporting custom pages in model-driven apps was resulting in impact.

Next steps :  Microsoft are reviewing their testing and validation procedures for service updates to identify opportunities to better detect impact and prevent similar future occurrences.
