Issue Description : Some users may be unable to access the Exchange Online service via Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP).

Final Update : 28/02/2023 16:12:00 PM – The investigation is complete and Microsoft have determined the service is healthy. A service incident did not actually occur. This communication will expire in 24 hours.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
