Issue Description: We are aware of an intermittent issue, where, users may get error when signing in to NHSmail Portal. Upon refreshing the browser, users may be able to sign in.
Final Update: 20/02/2023 16:54:00 PM– After a period of monitoring, no further issues have been identified relating to NHSmail Portal login via the use of Multifactor Authentication (MFA). This incident has now been resolved with root cause analysis progressing by the NHSmail Engineers. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue..
