Issue Description : Users may have encountered errors with Power Automate within your environment.

More Information : Users may have experienced errors when running Desktop Flows, using Power Automate Portal, listing or editing Desktop Flow scripts from within Power Automate Desktop, registering new machines, or other Power Automate management operations.

Final Update : 18/01/2023 10:51:00 AM– Following additional investigation, Microsoft identified the connectivity issues were caused by a portion of the SQL server infrastructure becoming unavailable. A restart was performed on this portion of the infrastructure and telemetry has confirmed that all Power Automate and Flow management operations have been restored.

Root Cause : A portion of the SQL server infrastructure became unavailable.

Next Steps : Microsoft is reviewing their monitoring services to reduce detection time and more quickly restore service.
