Issue Description : Users may be unable to perform searches in delegated mailboxes via Outlook on the web.

More Information : When attempting to perform searches in delegated mailboxes, users may be informed that, “Your request can’t be completed right now.”

Users can successfully search within delegated mailboxes in the Outlook desktop client.

Final Update : 06/01/2023 08:54:00 AM– Microsoft has confirmed their fix has been fully deployed to all affected users and has successfully remediated the impact.

Scope of impact : Any user attempting to search within delegated mailboxes in Outlook on the web is impacted.

Root cause : A recent update intended to improve error code handling introduced a problem for the code leveraged by users’ searches in delegate mailboxes via Outlook on the web from recognizing and fulfilling search requests as expected.
