Issue Description : Users may be unable to access the Exchange Online service using Outlook on the web.

More Information : This issue was previously communicated under MO502273 and has been created to highlight ongoing investigations into potential residual impact within the Exchange Online service.

Final Update :26/01/2023 09:30:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed via their internal telemetry that the sum of their manual mitigation actions has successfully remediated impact across all regions.

Scope of impact : This issue could potentially impact any user routed through the affected components.

Next steps : Microsoft will continue to monitor the affected infrastructure closely to ensure similar impact does not occur. However, this is the final update for this event.
