Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: We were made aware of an issue which was preventing Local Administrators from accessing the Intune Admin Portal.
Scope of impact: This issue may be affecting all organisations onboarded to NHSmail Intune.
Final Update: 09/12/2022 12:30:00 PM – All affected users and accounts have now had their access successfully restored.
Root Cause: Another change completed evening of 08/12 inadvertently resulted in a policy disablement removing access to the Intune Admin Portal for some Local Administrators.
