Issue Description : User approval emails may fail to publish when new approvals are created.

Final Update : 09/11/2022 13:45:00 PM – Microsoft has completed applying the configuration changes to switch back to the previous email subsystem. They verified via diagnostic review that approval emails containing specific HTML elements are publishing successfully following creation of Power Automate approvals, mitigating the issue.

Root Cause : A recent deployment applied a configuration change to the service infrastructure responsible for approval emails when Power Automate approvals were created using flows or created in Microsoft Teams.

Next Steps : Microsoft is reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
