Issue Description : Teams Only users’ calls placed to Skype for Business hybrid users are dropping after 30 seconds.

More info : Users may also appear incorrectly as ‘Offline’, impact is specific to users and calls placed within your organization’s domain.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure and to Teams Only users placing calls to Skype for Business hybrid users within their organization’s domain.

Current Update : 20/02/2023 13:55:00 PM – Following an extended period monitoring service telemetry, Microsoft have confirmed that impact has been remediated.

Root Cause : A recent service update intended to improve Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams interoperability contains a code error, resulting in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their deployment and provisioning procedures to reduce or avoid similar impact in the future.
