Issue Description : Users receive an error preventing access to the devices blade in the Microsoft Intune console.

Users who attempted to access the devices blade in the Microsoft Intune console may have seen a blank page showing a 429 error.
Scope of impact : This issue may have impacted any user attempting to access the devices blade in the Microsoft Intune console.
Final Update : 21/11/2022 09:15:00 AM – Microsoft completed rolling back the service change and have confirmed via their service health telemetry that impact has been remediated.
Root cause : A recent service change was made to the affected infrastructure, causing additional calls to be made to the service, more than threshold allowed, led to impact.
Next steps : Microsoft is investigating the recent service change to better understand the context for the impact and identify how to prevent this issue from reoccurring.
