Issue Description : Some users are unable to access Delve pages.

More info : Some users may see 401 errors when attempting to access Delve pages.

Scope of impact : Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to access Delve Pages are impacted.

Current Update : 25/11/2022 13:35:00 PM – Microsoft has confirmed that the deployment fix has been successful, and confirmed via telemetry that impact has been remediated.

Root cause : A misconfiguration in the network authorization component caused impact to occur.

Next steps : Microsoft is reviewing their network authorization configuration procedures to help prevent this problem from happening again.
