Issue Description : Unfortunately, we are unable to onboard licences to the tenant due to an issue with Microsoft’s Allotment API.
Final Update : 08/11/2022 11:30:00 AM – Microsoft identified the source of the issue and deployed a change to address the issue. NHSmail engineers have tested the API and the issue is resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
