Issue Description : Users may have been intermittently unable to sign into the OneDrive for Business service.

Scope of impact : Impact was specific to some users who were served through the affected infrastructure in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Current Update : 20/10/2022 13:15:00 PM – Microsoft has identified that an unexpected increase in user traffic, inadvertently caused a section of infrastructure responsible for processing user access requests to perform below acceptable performance thresholds. They have optimized performance parameters on the affected infrastructure, and confirmed after a period of monitoring that impact is no longer occurring.
