Issue Description : Some users can’t access Microsoft 365 services after their Azure Active Directory (AD) Object ID (OID) has changed.
More info : This issue impacts users who have a new Azure Active Directory (AD) Object Identifier (OID), which can occur during a domain and user migration or by having their account deleted and recreated with the same User Principal Name (UPN).
Scope of impact : Your organization is affected by this event, and some users with an assigned app protection policy that have a new Azure AD OID experience impact.
Current Update : 27/09/2022 13:56:00 PM – Microsoft has completed internally testing the change and are preparing to submit it to the App Store for approval, after which it will be available for download and subsequent impact remediation.
Root cause : A service update to a subset of code that facilitates OID and UPN identification is resulting in impact.
