Final Update : 26/09/2022 10:17:00 AM – Microsoft’s investigation identified that an unexpected code regression caused automated investigation failures. They have rolled back to a previously known good state and confirmed after a period of monitoring that impact has been remediated.
Root cause : Impact was specific to some admins who are served through the affected infrastructure.
Next steps : Microsoft is reviewing their code to help prevent similar problems in the future.
