Issue Description : Users can’t upload files via Request Files in OneDrive for Business.

Final Update : 19/08/2022 09:59:00 AM – Microsoft has determined that a recent service update contained a code regression, resulting in impact. They have developed and deployed a fix, and confirmed with some affected users that impact is remediated.
