Issue Description : Users may be unable to access the Exchange Online service using the Outlook desktop client.

More Information : Microsoft has received reports that users may be able to utilize the Outlook on the web connection method as a workaround.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some uses who are served through the affected infrastructure in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
