More Info : User(s) that exceed the quota limits may be unable to send or receive messages or meeting invites.

Final Update : 29/08/2022 08:40:00 AM – Microsoft is suspending the investigation of this issue as they haven’t noticed any corrective actions taken by your organization for more than 7 days.
