Issue Description : Delays or problems connecting to Exchange Online.

More Info : Users may have experienced problems connecting to Exchange Online due to network issues.

Final Update : 26/08/2022 08:45:00 AM – Microsoft’s investigation is complete, and they have determined that their services are healthy. An issue with a third-party internet service provider was causing impact and since been remediated without changes made on their end. A service incident did not occur. This communication will expire in 24 hours.
