Issue Description : Some users are unable to access files in Microsoft Teams channels

Scope of impact : Your organization is affected by this event and some users can’t access their files within Microsoft Teams channels.

Final Update : 25/07/2022 08:59:00 AM – Microsoft have completed reverting the offending change and confirmed with internal telemetry that the issue is resolved.

Root Cause : A recent service update has introduced an IP routing issue that is preventing users from accessing files within Microsoft Teams channels.

Next steps : Microsoft are continuing to review the code issue to further their understanding of how impact took place, improve future service updates, and prevent similar issues from recurring.
