Issue Description : Admins may experience delays to report data in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some admins who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Final Update : 29/07/2022 13:25:00 PM – Microsoft confirmed that the fix has resolved the Usage Report data and Productivity Score report data delays for all affected admins and that the issue is resolved.

Root cause : An unexpected upstream data delay, in conjunction with a code regression, caused impact to data in various admin center reports.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during their development and testing cycles.
