Issue Description : Users see the print preview of email displays inaccurately in Outlook on the web.

More info : Specifically, when printing with Outlook on the web users were seeing the print preview of the message displaying the recipient as a bulleted list.

Scope of impact : All users printing email messages from Outlook on the web were impacted.

Final Update : 07/07/2022 09:22:00 AM – Microsoft have completed deploying the fix to repair the code regression and confirmed with internal telemetry that the issue is resolved.

Root cause : A recent change intended to enhance the pop-up window user experience within the print preview process for Outlook on the web contained a regression and was resulting in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing the recent change to further out understanding of how the regression took place, and to prevent similar issues from reoccuring.
