Issue Description : Some users may be unable to create, add, access or open forms in Microsoft Forms.
Scope of impact : This issue affected any of your users attempting to access Yammer.
Final Update : 01/06/2022 05:29:00 PM – Microsoft’s investigation determined that an influx of traffic caused high resource usage that resulted in a portion of infrastructure that connects users to the service performing below acceptable thresholds. They have optimized the affected infrastructure and manually redistributed traffic, which they have confirmed via service telemetry and internal testing has remediated impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing the affected infrastructure to better understand how impact began, which will allow us to safeguard the service against similar impact in the future.
