Issue Description : Admins may be unable to upload new phone numbers to Microsoft Teams.

More info : This only impacts admins who are utilizing the Microsoft Operator Connect Program to provide Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) connectivity.

Scope of impact : Any admin attempting to upload new telephone numbers to Microsoft Teams may be impacted.

Final Update : 28/06/2022 09:52:00 AM – Microsoft identified that a code issue within the most recent build of the service used to upload telephone numbers prevented operators from uploading new numbers, resulting in impact. They have rolled back this build to a previously healthy version and confirmed with impacted partners that impact is remediated.
