Scope of impact : Any user hosted on the affected infrastructure may have been impacted.
Final Update : 09/06/2022 10:46:00 AM – Microsoft rerouted connections to alternate infrastructure and monitored the environment to validate that service was restored.
Root cause : A portion of routing infrastructure was unexpectedly performing below the expected service threshold.
Next steps : Microsoft are continuing their analysis of the affected infrastructure to gain further insight into what triggered the initial impact which will help them in avoiding similar issues in the future.
