Issue Description : Users may be unable to access calendar settings in Outlook on the web.
More info: Users may receive the error message “Unable to load these settings. Please try again later.”
Scope of impact : Impact was specific to some users who were attempting to access Outlook on the web calendar settings.
Final Update : 20/06/2022 09:14:00 AM – Microsoft reverted the offending update and confirmed with affected users that the impact was remediated.
Root cause : A recent standard service update, inadvertently contains a code regression and is resulting in impact.
Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing our standard service update procedures, to help identify ways of catching similar regressions prior to deployment in the future.
