Scope of impact : Impact is specific to any admin who is served through the affected infrastructure and attempting to view the aforementioned usage reports since Wednesday, May 11, 2022.
Final Update : 20/05/2022 03:31:00 PM – Microsoft confirmed that the backfill of usage reports has completed and the impact is remediated
Root cause : A problem with the upstream data source was causing delays with compiling usage reports.
Next steps : Microsoft are further investigating the problem with the upstream data source to further their understanding of how the delays took place and to prevent similar issues from occurring.
