Issue Description: Local Administrators may be unable to manage pre-provisioned iOS devices recently enrolled through Automated Device Enrolment (ADE) in Intune.
Scope of Impact: This is only affecting newly enrolled devices on the iOS platform through ADE in the Microsoft Intune Company Portal.
Final Update: 28/04/2022 06:08:00 PM – Microsoft have updated their Service console to advise this issue is now resolved. The Intune Live Support Team have had confirmation from organisations that they can now successfully manage newly enrolled iOS devices.
Root cause: Microsoft identified that a recent service update contained a regression which broke a code dependency during the post-enrolment renewal process. A fix has been applied by Microsoft to resolve this.
