Issue Description : Admins’ app and policy deployments may fail for some specific Android Enterprise devices via Microsoft Intune.

More info: This issue is affecting deployments to the following Android Enterprise devices enrolled after the 2204, April release:

-Dedicated

-Fully-Managed

-Corporate Owned with Work Profile

Scope of impact : Any admin performing app and policy deployments for Android Enterprise with one of the affected devices may experience the impact.

Final Update : 03/05/2022 03:25:00 PM – The deployment has completed and Microsoft verified with previously impacted admins, and via service monitoring telemetry that impact is no longer occurring.

Root cause : Microsoft Teams version 2204 (April build) contained a regression that prevented app and policy deployments on certain Android Enterprise devices.
