Issue Description : Meeting organizers may receive multiple acceptance responses to some room invitations.

Scope of Impact : This issue may affect any meeting organizers receiving acceptance responses for room invitations.

Final Update : 21/04/2022 08:42:00 AM – After an extended period of monitoring and additional validation from some formerly affected users, Microsoft have confirmed that their fix for the impacting code regression has effectively resolved the issue

Root cause : A recent service update introduced a code regression, which resulted in the impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are assessing our service update validation procedures to isolate and remediate any potentially impacting code regression prior to deployment.
