Description: We are aware of an issue with some users experiencing an error when attempting to access the Outlook webapp via the Internet Explorer.

Final Update: 26/04/2022 10:15:00 AM – Microsoft have stated that Internet Explorer is no longer supported and, as a consequence, it should not be used to access NHSmail using the Outlook Web Application going forward. Support is not provided for issues experienced when using this unsupported browser. Users are advised to connect to the Outlook Web Application via / using an alternative browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox.
