Issue Description: Some admins may be unable to access the classic SharePoint admin center

Scope of Impact : This issue affected some admins accessing the SharePoint Online admin center through the classic experience

Final Update: 25/03/2022 02:18:00 PM – The deployment has completed, and Microsoft confirmed via monitoring that impact has been remediated.

Root cause : A recent service maintenance task implemented an update, which is causing admin access requests to fail.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing our standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
