Issue Description: Users in New Zealand and Australia may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services.
More info: Reports indicated that this issue was primarily affecting SharePoint Online sites and content, though users may have also been unable to access other Microsoft 365 services. This includes OneDrive for Business content and Microsoft Teams.
Reports of impact were primarily coming from users in New Zealand and Australia, though users in other regions may have also been impacted.
Scope of Impact : Reports indicate that this issue was primarily affecting users in New Zealand and Australia, though users hosted in other regions may have been impacted as well. Any user in your organization could have been affected by this issue.
Final Update: 03/03/2022 07:40:00 AM – Microsoft completed making network configuration updates to remediate the problem. Subsequent user reports and our internal service telemetry show that this action was successful and that service is restored.
