Description: The NHSmail Team are aware of an intermittent issue relating to emails not being delivered from nhs.net/nhs.uk addresses to Microsoft external domains such as Live, Outlook and Hotmail.
Business Impact: In certain cases, emails sent from nhs.net and nhs.uk to Microsoft domains are not being sent. delivery of these mails could be delayed until the issue is resolved. Mails being sent to non-Microsoft external domains and from nhs.net to nhs.net are unaffected.
Current Update: 18/03/2022 05:05:00 PM – Following a period of monitoring with no further incidents reported and internal monitoring showing mails from nhs.net and nhs.uk successfully routing to external Microsoft domains without issue, engineers have confirmed closure of this incident.
