Issue Description: Some users may have been unable to access the Tasks app in Microsoft Teams.

Scope of Impact : Impact was specific to users who were hosted on the affected Europe infrastructure.

Final Update: 21/02/2022 11:20:00 AM – Microsoft completed the targeted restarts and after a period of extended monitoring, they have confirmed that the issue is resolved.
