Issue Description: Users may have been unable to access the Microsoft Planner app or the Tasks app in Microsoft Teams.
More info: The problem could have occurred in all Microsoft Teams connection methods.
Scope of Impact : Impact was specific to users who were hosted out of the affected infrastructure.
Final Update – 26/01/2022 07:33:00 AM : Microsoft’s investigation is complete, and they have determined that a portion of Planner infrastructure began operating below acceptable performance thresholds, consequently inhibiting some users from accessing the Microsoft Planner service or the Tasks app within Microsoft Teams. To resolve the issue, Microsoft restarted the affected infrastructure and confirmed via monitoring telemetry that service health has been restored.
