Issue Description: A small subset of users may be unable to send/receive emails from shared mailbox via Outlook
More Info : Users can also remediate this themselves by reviewing the cached Exchange mode settings of their Outlook profile and under the advanced Settings tab, untick the ‘Download Shared Folders’ tickbox. This disables the caching of the shared mailboxes entirely.
Final Update – 21/01/2022 01:40:00 PM : A recent change to the caching infrastructure intended to improve the request fetching process in the service which contained a code issue, causing impact. Microsoft have developed a fix and are in the process of deploying it to the affected infrastructure., which they believe should remediate the impact
