Description: We are aware of an intermittent issue impacting mail delivery from external domains to the nhs.net domain.
Business Impact: Users may experience a short delay in receiving email from external domains to nhs.net or from the SMTP high-sending solution to nhs.net mailboxes.
Final Update – 06/01/2022 14:00:00 PM: Following continued monitoring for the remainder of 05/01 and throughout today (06/01) with no further issues identified or reported, this ticket has been Resolved. NHSmail engineers continue to engage with Microsoft to determine whether a root cause can be identified and mitigative action taken. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue.
