EXO Functionality

46559 – 101 :: Email user on delegate permissions change

This PBI sends mail to the user when the delegate permission (send as/ send on behalf/ full access) is added or removed by an admin.

46561 – 101 :: Monthly Permission Summary LA

This PBI sends a report to local admins monthly which contains SDLs, DDLs and shared mailboxes having no owners. A new hangfire job takes care of this.

47065 – PP :: Activate Dataverse for Teams

This PBI adds a new application toggle “Common Data Service for Teams” to the user policies. It is applicable to E3, E5, E1, M365E3, O365 user, O365 admin licences and the toggle is ON by default and is toggleable. It is not added to organisation’s national policies.

46546 – Enable Common Data Service for all Users by default and add application to all base licences and 49921 – Allow CDS Application to be turned off by Local Admins

This PBI adds a new application toggle “Common Data Service” to the user policies. It is applicable to E3, E5, E1, M365E3, O365 user, O365 admin licences and the toggle is ON by default and is toggleable. It is also added to organisation’s national policies.

37553 – EXO :: Organisation export doesn’t include the newly added attribute of Number of large Mailboxes set

With this PBI, the number of large mailboxes set for the organisation is added to the organisation export report.

46222 – EXO : Update the Email link in portal to point to EXO OWA

This PBI updates the email link in the portal to point to the exchange online OWA.

48984 – Add new PowerApp licence SKUs to the Portal

As part of this PBI, new PowerApp licenses have been added under the add-on license dropdown list. The behavior of this license is same as any other existing add-on license.

BAU Functionality

30660 – Add ability to report on MFA status of users

This PBI is implemented to report on the MFA status of the users in the portal with values:

Enabled: Where the users have MFA enabled on their account.

Not Enabled: Where the users have MFA not enabled on their account.

Disabled: Where the users had MFA enabled on their account earlier and now disabled.

There is a new column added in the mailbox report- MFAStatus which shows the status of MFA for users.

47444 – Allow Reports & Audit to be generated for closed orgs

This PBI implements reports and audits to be generated for closed orgs (Last updated date <= current date – 180 days), reports and audits will not be generated for closed orgs which has passed the threshold value.

48636 – New file storage SKU onboarding and reporting

This PBI implements a new file storage licence added and reflects the same number of licenses it has procured for an org. The new file storage licence details can be viewed in the Office 365 Licence Report.

49601 – Update email templates to include new header with teams logo

This PBI is implemented to change the logo to teams logo in all the email templates.

49229 – PODS- Update message for OTPs sent via both postal and email methods

This PBI implements the updated messages for the OTP in step-1 in care provider registration page.

49230 – PODS- Improve error messaging when the care provider site is already registered

As part of this PBI the error message for already registered org will be updated in step-0 in care provider registration page.

49231 – PODS- Add users to the site shared mailbox by default and make changes to the wording to reflect the same

As part of this PBI, text update in the guidance message in step-2 in care provider registration page and Mailbox member checkbox will be checked by default.

49233 – PODS- Add guidance in relation to shared mailbox usage to the care provider details page (step-2 info)

As part of this PBI, text update in the guidance message in step-2 in care provider registration page.

49234 – PODS- Update fields and ToolTips for shared mailbox member and owner on the care provider self-service registration page

As part of this PBI, field name and tooltips has been updated in step-2 in care provider registration page.

48630 – B2B- Introduce multiselect option to choose for type of external organisation request

This PBI implements one new field with two dropdown values is added newly in external organisation request.

48384 – Add O365 License Report- User Licence Report

This PBI implements a new report O365 Usage – Active User Detail Report: shows which licenses are assigned to each user and when they last used each product.

41621 – Add application for MyAnalytics

The toggle is available for ‘My Analytics’ application which is available in both User Policy Management create and edit pages.

51428 – AUP Updates

This PBI implements new links to the text in AUP page.

43798 – DLs load blank for owners who do not have an LA role for the organization the DL belongs to

As part of this PBI, an LA with different org is owner of DL with another org should not be able to load the details of DL when searched for via admin tab.

48921 – Update SharePoint Name validation

This PBI implements a character length update for name field in the Sharepoint create page.

49602 – Increase CQCLocationID max character length to 13 in Registration table

This PBI implements an updated character length change in registration table.

48735 – KAL/MX-title – add Mx as a title in the drop down for all title drop downs.

As part of this PBI, the title field has updated with new values in user create/edit page.

48305 – Prevent the Local Report Admin role from disabling LA’s from clicking the Reset Password button

As part of this PBI, a user having a Local report admin and a Local admin role will be able to reset the password for users in user details page.

43798 – Password expiry email for application accounts to include LAs of the organisation

As part of this PBI, the email template is updated with new template for password expiry notification email for all application accounts to include LAs of the organisation to be BCCed.

51733 – Request External Organisation – Guidance text removal

This PBI implements removal of one line in the guidance text of external organisation create page.

51897 – POC O365 Usage Reports Framework

As part of this PBI, the performance of Teams User Activity report and OneDrive User Consumption report are improved when compared to previous.

(Note: Currently there is a slight difference in the file counts published in the report when compared to the file count in OneDrive for the user. The actual file count visible to the user is the correct number whereas the report displays one extra file. This is a known issue which is being looked at by Microsoft under 28590577.)

52380 – Password Comms Email Template Update

As part of this PBI, the email template is updated with new template for password expiry notification email.

52821- Admin Report Guidance Text Update

As part of this PBI, the guidance text has been updated with the provided text.

BAU Bug Fixes

50087 – MO: Regression: SP blank search and SP owner’s search box is not listing up as expected.

After the fix, when a blank search is done, the SP list and owner’s list in SP create page display results.

41950 – Prod – O365Subscription consumed licence count not updated when user is assigned to another Policy or removed from a UserPolicy

The fix is provided for consumed licence count will be updated when user is added/removed to the policy.

47516 – When uplifting a EXO users mailbox, the total amount of larger mailboxes available is showing as the current amount used, and the amount used is staying at 0

After the fix, the total amount of larger mailbox is updated with correct amount of larger mailboxes available.

47567- DDL update failing due to timeout

After the fix, the update will be successful even after the large sum of users updated in target users in DDL.

46307- DL address can be updated to the address of an existing DL’s address

With this bug fix, owners of the DL’s can update the DL’s email address only to an email address which is unique. If given DL’s email address is already in use by another DL, the owner will receive an error message “Email address is already in use” and the update will fail.

50008 – Update Mailbox Size Statistics job failing

After the fix, the Update Mailbox Size Statistics Hangfire job will be executed successfully.
