Issue Description: Admins were unable to replace their existing payment method within the Microsoft 365 admin center.
More info: Admins were unable to replace their existing payment method. When attempting to select an alternate payment method, the tool wouldn’t finish processing the request.
Additionally, admins were unable to settle outstanding balances.
Scope of impact: Any admin attempting the affected functionality would have experienced impact.
Final Update – 11/11/2021 08:33:00 AM: Microsoft reverted the offending build and have performed internal validations to confirm the issue is now resolved.
