We are aware of an issue which occurred this morning on the NHSmail Helpdesk telephony system which prevented our NAS customers from accessing the desk via Option 1 and then Option 1 in the telephony menu. This outage lasted approximately 10 minutes between 11:35 and 11:45 but has now been fully resolved.
