Issue Description: Users in Northern Europe may have experienced issues within the Microsoft Teams service.

– Users may have experienced degraded video and audio quality during Microsoft Teams meetings.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to a subset of users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Final Update – 19/10/2021 12:41:00 PM: While the Microsoft team were in the process of investigating the issue, the service self-recovered. The initial investigation into the root cause identified that a transient network issue caused packet loss, resulting in impact. Microsoft have monitored the service and confirmed that impact has been mitigated.
